"LA MÚSICA DE LOS CHICOS TÍMIDOS, el shoegazing es una forma alternativa de encarar la música, surgido a fines de los 80’s en el Reino Unido, bautizado así por la prensa debido a la costumbre que tenían algunos artistas de tocar mirando el piso, sin ver a su público, la palabra se origina en “shoe” (zapato) y “gazing” (del verbo gaze, que significa mirar fijamente algo).

El Shoegaze es apreciado por generar paredes de sonido, en donde un instrumento no se distingue de otro, donde los efectos toman las riendas, el feedback resuena en tu cabeza y las olas de distorsión amalgamadas en los riffs hacen pasajes de una oscura psicodelia post drum machine.
